I came here after reading all of the reviews and I did not have the same experience. The stylist was nice but I received a "one size fits most" haircut. I always have a lot of layers because I like my hair to be voluminous and tousled but the stylist did not blend the layers. It has actually become harder for me to style my hair. The blunt edges tangle easily as I take my round brush through it and my hair looks flat and lifeless. Now I am going elsewhere to have the layers blended.
