If I could give 0 stars, I would. This stylist completely ruined my hair — and with it, my self-image. I went to her because she claimed she felt confident achieving the look I wanted without causing an extensive amount of damage as I know with any blonding service it can be drying. I was extremely clear, over the course of three separate sessions, that the health of my hair was my top priority.
