I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Blondie’s Cookies in Mishawaka was so disappointing, I felt it needed to be shared — especially regarding the manager’s horrible customer service. First off, the cookies themselves are amazing — no complaints there. But unfortunately, the person running the place is doing a serious disservice to the brand. Amazing every single time!
Zoie was wonderfully patient with us while we struggled to come up with just the right design for our cookie cake. She made some very helpful suggestions and made the experience so great for the kids who were trying to make an end of year cake for their teacher. Thanks so much!!!
The cookies are really good but everytime I go there I get an employee with an attitude problem. Like I asked a question the employee just got really snappy. Another time I was only person in line, so I went to order. "Hey can I get a " the employee completely ignored me started talking to person behind me and taking their order. Great cookies but terrible employees. The taste of the cookies is only reason why this review getting 2 stars. I haven't been there in a while so hopefully they hired better staff.
