Amazing every single time!
Zoie was wonderfully patient with us while we struggled to come up with just the right design for our cookie cake. She made some very helpful suggestions and made the experience so great for the kids who were trying to make an end of year cake for their teacher. Thanks so much!!!
The cookies are really good but everytime I go there I get an employee with an attitude problem. Like I asked a question the employee just got really snappy. Another time I was only person in line, so I went to order. "Hey can I get a " the employee completely ignored me started talking to person behind me and taking their order. Great cookies but terrible employees. The taste of the cookies is only reason why this review getting 2 stars. I haven't been there in a while so hopefully they hired better staff.
I got the “Special” cookie, maple bacon sugar cookie. The cookie itself was doughy as if someone put too much flour in the batch. The icing on the cookie was dreadful, for $5 you can get a dozen cookies at the grocery store. Nothing special and is reminiscent of why the Mall is a thing of the past. This is worth passing up to find something better.
False advertising - multiple signs say "buy 6 get 1 free" but when I bought six and asked about the 7th free cookie, clerk feigned ignorance. $17 for six cookies and they refused to honor their own hand written sale signage. This is the first and last time I ever spend money here.
