Unprecedented lack of professionalism I have never written a review online ever - felt compelled after the experience at this salon. I'll outline what happened below : - Booked an appointment for eyebrows with Bec. Receptionist rang the day before to say something had come up but they could reschedule for 8am the following Saturday. Ok, no problem these things happen. - Attended the Saturday appointment.
