Dear Store Management, I recently visited your studio on July 26th, 2025, around 6:20 pm, accompanied by my aunt to purchase face cream and body lotion for my mother residing in Haiti. Upon entering the studio, we noticed a strong smell of food, which made us assume we had walked into a restaurant.
