I was referred to Mercedes from a friend. My hair is blonde, long, thin and very dried out. I needed a color and a new hairdo. I took a picture in of what I liked and what I was thinking about. Mercedes did exactly what was on the picture. She did my color beautiful, hair thick, gave me these beautiful layers and cut off a bunch off the bottom.
