i went here for a perm and walked out with my back soaking wet and fried hair. i asked for loose curls (reference photos attached) and ended up getting this instead (pictures after reference photos). i have been trying everything to fix it by using different products, finger coiling, diffusing, and just leaving it alone. now i'm stuck with this perm and fried hair until i can grow it fully out. also, during the process of rinsing, i dont know if this is normal but i left soaking wet. plz, for the love of god, do not get a pe... read more
Kyra is great, the color of the extensions was spot on and unless you knew me before you would never even know that I have extensions. Not only does she do a great job she also makes you feel comfortable like she's been one of your life long friends. When you leave a salon, you should feel most confident and beautiful. After my first appointment with Emily, I did. Which is part of the reason why I’m so confused after my second appointment.
