I absolutely love Monique. I don’t know much about hair, but she has that touch to make you feel super comfortable and she always takes the time to ask you plenty of questions to pinpoint exactly what you are looking to get done. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance, and she never put it in her books. She also ignored my texts day of when I asked if we were still booked together, so I was unaware of her mistake. I had to show up to the appointment to learn she did not schedule me.
