I’ve been coloring my hair blonde for over 25 years, and I’ve never left a salon feeling as disappointed as I did after this appointment. I came in as an ashy blonde with about 1 cm of darker blonde roots and booked a partial highlight. (See Photo 1 — before my appointment. Best blonding experience ever! Lucke is an amazing artist. I will be back in a month. Cozy, friendly environment. He made us feel like family. Can't recommend enough. Luved the entire experience! No show for my color correction appointment. I drove 80 miles from eastern long Island! Ghosted at the front door. The appointment was a reschedule- he forgot! Today was my first time working with Lucke, and I don’t ever want anyone else to ever touch my hair. He is AMAZING!! It’s been a very long time since I’ve loved how my hair looks and he just nailed it! My hair is perfect!! He created a beautiful blonde blend out of my grown out, faded red/brunette disaster. Loved the energy of Lucke! He was very patient when I was running late due to a freaking cement truck blocking a one-way and being relatively new to driving in NYC after moving back here recently. I came in and the owner was extremely welcoming. I felt very comfortable while Lucke was working on my hair. I had a previous dye job by another stylist that left me with fried ends and burning roots. Lucke immediately went in and gave me the balayage of a lifetime even though I felt like it would not work. Miracle worker!!
