I asked Kaleigh for 1 & 1/2 inches off and she cut at least 4 inches. I normally wouldn't make a fuss about a silly haircut but I get married in a couple weeks and I can't imagine being so careless about a wedding haircut. I cannot do my wedding hairstyle anymore and have spent hundreds on trying to find extensions but nothing looks the same as the real thing. She refunded me, which is great, but that won't bring my hair back for my wedding.
Caitlyn at Blonde and Co is excellent. A friend recommended Caitlyn to me two years ago, and I feel so fortunate to be her client now. She takes such good care of my fine, thin hair. I always love the blonde color from Caitlyn, and my hair is healthier with her than it has been in years. It is clear Caitlyn takes great pride in the salon.
