Leticia is wonderful and incredibly patient. I am annoyingly particular and she never makes me feel bad about it. She takes the time to make sure I’m happy with my results and understands my vision. It’s really hard to find a salon that does good extension work in the bay and I fully recommend Leticia at Blond Bungalow!!!

Maritza is the absolute best. Her color work is impeccable. She listens and provides excellent advice and is so knowledgeable and easy going. A lot of salons in the bay area have a distinct mean girl energy and there is none of that here. Just good vibes and good work. I live in Los Gatos and found Maritza through a lot of research and there is zero hesitation to travel all the way to Berkeley to see her. If you live around Berkeley and need color, or extensions, or good hair, just go.
Alexandra did a fantastic job, I asked for a balayage on my dark brown hair and she blended it seamlessly with the one I had had prior and improved it. You can tell she is really thoughtful and treats your hair with care as if it were her own. She really made me feel heard, and was able to lift color without bleach! I especially recommend her if you have virgin hair and are looking to lighten it without bleach. The service was professional and thoughtful. I will definitely be returning for her services!
Walking into Blond Bungalow ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself in a long time.
