Company is five stars, customer service and products. I was provided a missing part for a discontinued item without charge. I love their brand, slick, modern and the customer service is out of this world. Sonja, is a gem. I purchase directly from their website, and I have an amazing experience throughout. You can find Blomus brand all over and it doesn't disappoint.
Wrong item was delivered and company for not pay return shipping which was half the cost of item. Company not very customer oriented. I would not purchase from them in the future.
