I feel this surgery, by far, deserves 5 stars plus! Yesterday was my first visit where I was greeted and welcomed by their friendly staff. I was treated exceptionally well by Dr Born (dentist) and his assistant. The extent of Dr Born's skills, knowledge and expertise became apparent during the complicated, one hour procedure. I've been with this practice of over15 years, and a patient with Dr Osmo for the last 8 years. All the staff have from the front desk to the hygienists been outstanding in how they conduct themselves, always friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental care and want to feel like a part of a family 5*
I have been Dr Osmo's patient for services such as root canal, whitening and general dentistry since I relocated to Townsville last year. He is absolutely the best dentist I have ever seen and this is compared to Melbourne, Sydney and Gold Coast. He explains everything, all my procedures have been relatively painless and he obviously takes great pride in his work. He has carried out work that some other dentists have said was not possible. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Transparent pricing, REALLY friendly team, and a Dentist who takes the time to explain and alleviate concerns without rushing you out the door.
