Russ came out to the house within a day. He corrected my problem by installing a new battery. He was very professional. I paid a fraction for his services compared to other services.
Russ made himself available very quickly when our alarm malfunctioned, rearranging his schedule to help. He identified the problem easily and didn't even charge the full amount he had quoted because it was an easy and quick fix. He's very courteous and knowledgeable and I recommend him highly.
Russ is truly an expert in the Alarm business. He knows all the equipment, doesn't try to get long monitoring contracts and will exhaust every effort to use existing equipment when he can. He offers inexpensive hybrid monitoring plans with Blockwatch which can be found on his site that really makes a whole lot of sense and customers are blown away by the raving fan service he provides. Highly recommend The Professor!
We had Russ upgrade our alarm system so it could be wireless and monitored/controlled via the web. Everything went smoothly and the system has worked exactly as planned. No false alarms or other issues. Highly recommended.
