They do not return phone calls in a timely manner... if at all. They want 50% down before scheduling your work, but who in their right mind would preâ€pay nearly $4,000 to a company that doesn't return phone calls in a timely manner. It has been over a week and 4 message left on their voicemail and still no return call.

Hello****, Your phone calls were returned twice and to no answer on our end. The last time we spoke you were told that a half down deposit was suppose to be made that week. 1 1/2 weeks later you tried to reach out to make the payment but with our current work load we did not hold your spot given that you did not make the half down payment in a timely manner. I apologize for the inconvenience but we cannot hold dates on projects that do not have a deposit.
