Our septic system failed on Christmas morning with family in town....of all times! Not only did Blocker's answer the phone on the first ring but they talked us through several DIY checks to isolate the problem. In this case, it was an easy electrical fix but he stayed on the phone with us to ensure that we were good to go and saved us a ton of money in holiday charges. Its 4th of July weekend. The entire Green family will be driving in from Atlanta by noon. Our septic system went kaputz this am. In a not -so -mild panic I called Blocker's Septic and Plumbing to rescue us. A wonderful gentleman promptly answered the phone and said - yes! we can help you! That alone wins my loyalty! He said lets go over a few things before I come out, you may not need me. So he walked us through a few checkpoints, one being the electricity to the pump. This is my 3rd time using Blocker's Septic in the last 11 years. Every time the phone is answered or quickly returned. The trucks are clean and the employees are courteous and very knowledgeable about septic tanks and drain fields. I have always gotten same day if not the next day first thing service. I would highly recommend this company to any one if you want good, quality service with a quickness.

I can't say enough about Blocker's Septic. My phone call was promptly returned. Since I am not a knowledgeable septic person, Jim, the Office Manager did not talk an alien language to me and expect me to understand. On Monday, I explained what my permit entailed. An appointment was made for an on site evaluation on Tuesday morning. They conferred with the Health Dept, and work began Thursday morning at 7:30am.
