Would not trust this business owner/driver based on his unprofessional interactions, such as screaming and yelling at pedestrians in the neighbourhood, swearing profanities at them, driving dangerously in school zones, knocking down stop signs with his flatbed trailer, verbally harassing at a woman to move her parked car because it was in front of his house/business when it is a regular residential road. Issues with parking, noise, and vandalism had to be reported to the City.
I hired Blockade to fix about 6 foundation cracks on a 1950s house. They dug down to the footing around the entire house, made the repairs, installed new weeping tile, waterproofing member, window wells etc. They were very accommodating with the tenants in the house and kept the site safe and clean. The grading around the house looks very good. Very knowledgeable company with experienced staff and the job got completed with no surprises. I would recommend to anyone.
