Great maintenance horrible management. There are around 40 units here and the managers can’t handle it. Upkeep, smells like a dispensary, dogs barking, lobby is a bunch of packages of renters past, never to disappear. Spoke with multiple managers and sales people, revolving door of excuses and no action/accountability. You can build a great building and walk away from the management of it and watch the reputation crumble. Thats what happens here.
