Don't waste people's time.
Bug infested buildings. Management doesn’t care. They bring pest control in every once in a while when a tenant consistently complains. They lie and cheat the system!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!
Terrible service. Inconsistent answers. Nothing is followed up with unless you repeatedly ask them. Sometimes it’s still not taken care of. They keep increasing the rent for “increased maintenance costs” but haven’t fixed any visible damage in the building, and rarely complete a repair job if they do come. Better off doing it yourself or not living here.
The apartments are nice overall, but I am so tired of issues going unresolved. Every time something has not been working properly in the apartment, I end up frustrated. Dennis the maintenance man will show up (eventually), mess around with whatever is broken, and then leave saying “should be good now” or “seems fine to me.” Everything that has been fixed has been done by me.
