This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. They promise free parking but there is never a spot to park. The buildings are not safe. Homeless people are sleeping inside the building multiple days of the week. Issues have been brought up to management and nothing has been done. If you were thinking of living here I would recommend considering elsewhere.
Don't waste people's time.
Bug infested buildings. Management doesn’t care. They bring pest control in every once in a while when a tenant consistently complains. They lie and cheat the system!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!
Terrible service. Inconsistent answers. Nothing is followed up with unless you repeatedly ask them. Sometimes it’s still not taken care of. They keep increasing the rent for “increased maintenance costs” but haven’t fixed any visible damage in the building, and rarely complete a repair job if they do come. Better off doing it yourself or not living here.
