The receptionist Ellie is really good person that helps you with running your units and stuff and if you have problems they get right back to you
Rented a unit for over 3 years. Had a couple of minor issues but nothing that was not fixed. Overall great experience and no troubles with break-ins. Will rent again from them if needed.
I won an auction online and had to go to this facility. It took them 3 hours to get back to me while I was in Spokane. I’ve now been locked inside the facility for over an hour and can’t get out. These people are a joke. If you aren’t going to be onsite, you need to answer your phone!!!
Ellie was very nice and helpful also being able to do it all by yourself and a phone call is pretty sweet
