Block connected me with qualified construction companies, helped me select the best one for my project and created an agreed upon price for planning work that protected me from cost overruns. It gave me peace of mind to proceed. My past projects direct with construction companies always grew and grew in expense, so it was nice to have a middleman to keep the project within my budget.

Block Renovation helped me with the increasingly difficult task of finding a contractor whose insurance would satisfy my Co-Op. Many of the contractors who have this kind of heavy insurance have minimums as high as $250K. My double bathroom job was in the $120 range all in. Why not 5 stars? I did have some issues with the contractor (not Block's fault) Block was helpful throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
