I called and didn't leave a message. Immediately they texted back "Who is this" . I immediately returned the text that I needed plumber to unclog drain, asking about weekend rates vs weekday, then never heard anything for the next couple of hours so I'm rating them poor. If they're that interested to hear who someone who didn't leave a message is, they should be as interested to follow up -- even just a "I'll get back to you later tonite/tomorrow".
