This experience was about two years ago so hopefully the business has gotten better and I was debating writing this review since I am not a fan of giving one or two stars. TLDR: I had my passenger sit window broken into, Block & Olsen repair the next day, my car came back smelling like cigerattes and I needed a second visit because glass shards weren't initally cleaned and prevented my passengar door from opening.
