Great housing and amazing service
Maintenance was friendly and always announced their presence so you couldn’t miss them. But for most requests it took days and some a couple weeks. Our washer kept flooding our basement several times but they kept “fixing” it when it needed to be replaced. We couldn’t wash our clothes halfway through our lease. It stopped cleaning the clothes entirely. They used a bucket that was mine without asking to remove the water in the basement.
