One of the best Condos in Mississauga. Seen a lot of improvements recently regarding security, overall management, regular cleaning and installation of new cctv across both towers. I must say the the amenities offered are one of the best I’ve seen in downtown Mississauga, including the Library, massive gym with all the equipments one can think of, outdoor terrace with multiple Barbecue grills, decent sized theatre, party rooms, and 24h concierge. Plenty of issues.
Living in this building is an absolute pleasure !! Excellent work by the board and property management to keep the building in the best possible condition. Unfortunately, quite a few people who dont follow the rules are generally the ones complaining when they get fines and give negative reviews which is sad!! Special thanks to Artan and Fred for doing a great job in keeping this building in top shape !! Please keep it up and dont ever let the standards drop.!!
