We used Ben and Tracey 4x this summer for real estate transactions. All the transactions went extremely smooth. Both Ben and Tracey were responsive when needed. Can't say enough great things about them. Ben being able to do virtual , was extremely helpful as it saved us having to take time off work! Anytime I called Tracey, she always responded with the information I needed.

Ben Block was the lawyer representing a seller on closing a residential property transaction. I was the buyer on the other end. Despite funding delay due to my lender's administrative issues (long weekend resulting in funding to be received a business day past due) that was beyond my control as a buyer, a significant 5-figure amount was sought against me.
