If I could rate ZERO,Iwould. Started WC case with Klukas, almost 8 years ago. I was told to keep low profile, did not realize that was their plan too. No contact with atty, no phone calls, letters for over a year now, (again). Case goes for meditation every 6 months, then continued, I have to keep track through public record. No contact, Bryan took over my case several years ago as an assistant. They used to defend my employer working with current plaintiffs atty. So I have to wonder who side they're really working for. I disagree with the other review. Bryan was my attorney, we won my case and he was VERY responsive! I have recommended him to any I know who was injured at work.
Dont use Bryan Shell for your attorney, he does not return his calls
