A dead battery in the driveway. In less than 30 minutes, a technician arrived and jumped our car. He followed us to the garage and we went off to do chores. In no time, we had a new battery. A very good experience.

He rolled up on a moped within minutes to check out my orange Element, diagnosed the bad starter on the spot, and had it replaced within 24 hours. He genuinely cared about getting us back to our trip, even offering to work late to make it happen sooner. Just the most genuine, nicest guy you could hope to meet—and damn good at what he does.
