As owner/operators of 8 imaging facilities and having developed over 200 MRI centers in the past 15 years all over the USA I have worked with every OEM and many resellers, including Block Imaging. When we need to purchase pre-owned equipment there are only a couple companies we will work with and Block Imaging is our go-to vendor. My first business deal done with Block Imaging was when I purchased an MRI from them back in 2006. Since then, I have bought more imaging equipment from them, and have used Block to service my equipment. In all areas, the employees of Block have always worked diligently to make sure that everything was to my complete satisfaction. As the President of Block Imaging International, it grieves me deeply to read the previous review. We as an organization are committed to continuing to serve our Siemens C-Arm customer to ensure the equipment that was purchased is fully capable of providing outstanding healthcare to their patients. My company purchased a c-arm from this company. It was refurbished- but they failed to mention it was from Japan. We are having trouble with applications and resolution- the manual we have gives very little information regarding the resolution- and we have no contact to walk us through. Additionally there is NO manual for applications and programs. I have asked multiple times for one- I am totally stonewalled - even by the the President of the company.
