Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I had a very negative experience at this tax preparation office. Despite paying a significant amount for their services, my taxes were not filed correctly and ultimately had to be redone elsewhere. I was contacted several days after my appointment with no clear explanation, and attempts to reach my preparer were unsuccessful. $235 was supposed to be done on line spent two hours on the phone on my day off took significant time to answer online messages through out the process multiple holds my tax expert had to ask the manager questions about 1 w-2 an local returns they don't even file your local taxes you need to print your documents yourself avoid this dumpster fire at all cost 90 % sure josh did my taxes wrong
