I hate to leave a one star review because my first experience with this company was just fine. I called to have a down service line repaired because it tore the conduit off the wall leading to the meter. A serviceman came out the same day made the repair and there were no issues. I was helping my 80-year-old grandma with getting someone out to do this. For some reason, it was very hard to find an electrician in Mt. Pleasant. Calkins ghosted us, Xpert electricians were booked up for two months, and Zeny's never returned our call. We tried Block on a recommendation and are very pleased. They responded quickly and worked us in early. Bruce knew exactly what he was doing and was very pleasant. We are pleased with the work done and would definitely use them again.
I'm very happy with the work that Block Electric Company provided! They were prompt to respond, on time, and very knowledgable.
