$1800 for replacing two tires 23 miles from them inside the Madison weigh station. The recap tires were about $600 and the labor, service call about $1200. I am in this business for 28 years and I also own a repair shop. But this is insane. Ripp off. Stay away.
Drove into Block Diesel with my transmission grinding to shit. They asked me to park on the side and they would get to me as soon as possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...... My driver had a leaking water pump. Quoted me a price of around $400 and we agreed. Their mechanic took twice as long as they stated so therefore they charged me double what was agreed on. My truck made it less than 3 miles down the road when my belt tensioner gave out. (They said it went out due to normal wear and tear) There was nothing wrong with it before they worked on my truck. They sent a service truck out and charged me another $600 to fix what they broke.
