They don't return emails submitted through their own website. They don't answer the phone. I've been on hold now for 45 minutes trying to figure out where my order is from September 11th. It is now October 28th and I've heard absolutely nothing.
Worked for them in Bristol Tn..21 years ...then bam!! Mexico is better then we are !! Out of business 12 31 2013 ..lot of AMERICANS lost there lively hood..cheaper labor cheap products!!!!
Why does nobody answer a phone or return a message??? Are you out of business? Have called multiple times and no one answers phones.
