I was impressed with the professionalism of the front office person Kieran. He was on top of everything in the office. I had a 1pm appt, yet my advisor was on the phone with another client and did not see me until 1:25pm. I’m a stickler for being on time so was not too pleased. Wes was the advisor and after a while I felt better about him. I do recommend that the staff (except Kieran) step up their game and dress more professionally. Wes did a fine job with my taxes. Block advisors are very unprofessional, especially Natasha and Douglas Pickford who work there.
Awful service. Consultant ignored my scheduled appointment to work with someone who just walked in. Go elsewhere.
He is the I. R. S. He the Best.
Never showed up for an appointment that he confirmed. No explanation or call back, very unprofessional.
