My mom is 92 yrs old, had a good experience last year but this year the manager Glen Bloom would not give my mom a $100 credit for a basic tax filing. When the agent text him, he responded no only $50, how does a senior on a budget afford $324 for taxes. Glen has no empathy & no concern for people, he just wants to make $$ for this location. Go elsewhere, don’t waste your time due to the manager GLEN
I met with Patricia this morning after giving up on preparing my taxes on my own, and it was 100% worth it. Patricia was beyond friendly and helpful – she really puts the customer first. She walked me through the tax prep process step by step and made sure I was comfortable before moving forward with the filing. Everything was done in under 30 minutes, and the fees were reasonable.
