Process was easy with Courtney, our Block Advisor in Mandarin, Jacksonville, FL. A few questions here and there while we waited and then we got a return on our Federal taxes, surprise, surprise. We've been using H&R Block for over 12 years, both with advisors and with the tax preparation software program. Both were easy and carefree.
Our Tax Professional, Gladys, was professional and efficient in our tax preparation. She listened to what we had to say addressed all our concerns. She was very diligent and completed our returns with accuracy. Thank you, Gladys.
This location has been taking care of my taxes for the past few years and they are always an absolute joy to work with. This year, I sat with Mr. Amos, who took great care of me, walked me through the expectations and paperwork and took the time to make sure I didn’t have any lingering questions or concerns. The lovely lady at the front desk is also great, she was so kind. They make tax time far more pleasant. All in all, a great place to go. I highly recommend it.
