Taxes done in 2024: Had the worst experience at Block Advisors. First and foremost, the woman (Joanne) who answered the phone, answered by saying “Hello”, like she was at home. Then I was put on hold for 17 minutes. Came back to phone, made an appointment for me. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I didn’t have an appointment and there was nobody available to assist me. The tax advisors here are professional and intelligent when preparing our taxes. We already received our federal return within days, impressive work. The advisor we work with each year George, sincerely cares that our filing is in our best interest. He returns phone calls and offers for us to call him anytime! The front desk ladies are welcoming, polite and attentive. We highly recommend this office. It will make filing your returns a breeze. We are very glad we did.
Had the worst experience here. I made an online appointment and the gentleman who was supposed to help me wasn’t even there, never got a call, got a text to confirm tho. Once I was sitting with a new gentleman the price was completely more than what was online. I’m sorry but this was very unprofessional as I’m a new customer. I will not be back next year !
Customer service is poor.. They’re never available by phone.. Will never use again..
