Horrible, absolutely horrible. AND, to and insult to injury, I just received a bill from Comptroller that my automatic withdrawal never went thru! Cannot wait to hear from the Feds. Thanks for nothing Maryanne. Nice person, terribly distracted during the process. My friend went. Was put off so many times, she sent her taxes former accountant in Texas. They were done in a day. 2 weeks later Maryanne called to ask if she wanted to finish her taxes. Ugh!! Never again!
Went in for what I thought was an $89 appointment. I guess I should've read the fine print. My taxes used the standard deduction and are relatively simple. I was charged $440. I thought he messed up but he confirmed that was the price. This is 5 times their $89 starting price. I feel like I was just scammed and will not be returning.

Booked an appointment a week in advance online. Showed up 30 minutes early because I like to be on time. Waited until my appointment time and until 30 min after and no one showed up. Called and the closest available appointment same day was 45 minutes away. This appointment was already out of my way. Don’t waste your time here. They clearly aren’t very professional.
Don't bother with booking an appointment with H&R Block. Just had a nightmare of an experience just trying to book an appointment. First I booked online and received confirmation. Then received another confirmation for a different date but same time. Then a 3rd confirmation for another date and different time. So I called to find out what date and time I should show up.
