Terrible. I went to drop my files & have my taxes done - was told they would be done the following day. As they were in taking my information I had to spell my wife’s name 4 times before the woman spelled it correctly in their system. I should have taken this as a hint. I filed a complaint about the office telephone system. The leadership of H&R Block Advisors closed the incidents without returning call/email or address the issues. The tax advisors are super nice and very professional but not the leadership.
The service and tax preparation here were incredibly disappointing. Steve Hunt demonstrated a lack of competence, preparation, and motivation. The entire team seemed either unwilling or unable to assist with any issues. Steve delayed my return by an entire month and ignored my emails and calls. His work was riddled with mistakes, revealing a clear lack of expertise. The corporate response was equally dismal and unhelpful. I would never recommend this company and advise avoiding them at all costs.

March 21 2024 created my H&R account online and scheduled an appointment for March 23rd to get my tax return done. The next day I received a call from local office stating that nobody is available on that date and time even though it shows available online and I was forced to reschedule for April 6th, I did not wanna argue and said okay what ever. I was told by the front desk lady that I should scan and upload all my documents beforehand to let the tax advisor enter the info before my appointment to make the process faster. ... read more
