I recently went to H&R Block for an appointment, but due to a system glitch, I showed up when no one was supposed to be there to help. Luckily, Irina was around, even though she wasn't assigned to assist me. Irina was amazing! She took the time to sit down with me and spent over three hours helping with my tax issues.
