My brief and uncomfortable encounter with Jeannine was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a while or ever, honestly. She was very rude and passive aggressive. With very little effort you should be able to find a tax preparer that will do a better job than Block Advisors Park Ridge. These guys won’t even send you a hard copy of your return. What a mess!!!
The website has very misleading fees and my return was worked on before discussing the much higher estimated fee that I was charged. There is a lack of proactive communication and directions.
$350 for a simple return is insane. They took months with no communication and jacked the price up without letting me know. I will never use them again.
