Preparation of return is slow. Way overpriced for their tax services!
Terrible service I guess they don’t ever know what they’re doing I went there to do my tax return because my tax professional moved from Buffalo to Williamsville and I regret the business I gave to them, in 2022 I worked 9 months and got my travel expenses deduction ( Perdiem ) double than 2023 which I worked 12 months, I feel like they stole money from me, Do not, do not go to this office look for somewhere else 🤦♂️
Love working with Valerie at H&R Block. Competent, efficient, and kind. Taxes are always done quickly and accurately.
Avoid at all costs. Way overcharged for a simple tax return. Charged over 2x the cost it should have been!
