They were 15 minutes late with their doors locked. My 95 year old uncle waited in the hallway. Then the guy took over an hour to make one small change in his return. When they did his taxes originally a month ago. They left him in an office by himself for a half hour at a time. This place is very unprofessional for the money they charge.

Absolutely terrible service. If you’re thinking of having your taxes here, don’t. I made an appointment online and it was confirmed. I show up and they said the person scheduled to do my taxes (the manager of the branch) wasn’t there and I had to reschedule. I rescheduled and the same thing happened AGAIN. Instead of reaching out and telling me this before my appointment they let me drive all the way there to then notify me as I’m standing at the front desk that they weren’t there and couldn’t help me. I scheduled an appointment for 9am on a Wednesday as that was the time for my schedule that would work and also was open on the scheduling website. I then got multiple confirmation texts confirming that time. I just got another text saying my appointment time had been moved without consulting me to a time that would not work. For something as important as taxes this was pretty concerning to me if they cant get the schedule right how will I know if they file taxes right?
