I scheduled an appointment for 9am on a Wednesday as that was the time for my schedule that would work and also was open on the scheduling website. I then got multiple confirmation texts confirming that time. I just got another text saying my appointment time had been moved without consulting me to a time that would not work. For something as important as taxes this was pretty concerning to me if they cant get the schedule right how will I know if they file taxes right?
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst experience filing taxes Ive ever had. They put me with a kid that had no idea how to answer any of my questions, wastes an hour and a half of my time only to wait for his rude manager to answer. Then tells me he's not going to file my taxes because he has a “short temper”. They baited me in by telling me its 189$ for non business w2s and ended up jacking the price up to 464$!!!!
