The experience with HRBlock and I should have read the review before doing my taxes here. This place is disfunctional. First, I emailed them ahead of time to know what I needed to prepare for the appointment, never got an answer. Second, it took them a full 45 min to find files that I uploaded to their website (that's 3/4 of the appointement).
