Very expensive.
My only regret is not using them sooner! Hellen at front desk was a delight ( helpful and kind ). Kelly Miller was the best advisor and preparer I have had the passed 35 years. She took good care of me, very knowledgeable and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this location.
I would give a negative stars if I could. The tax preparer botched my return, which was entering rejected. She wrote me through their platform stating that he were corrected on his side and re-file which he never did then failed to respond when I asked a month later what was happening and why I wasn’t getting my return. When I first went to the office to ask for help, a woman came out and told me that I needed to call the state and the IRS myself.
