We were so happy with the service of our agent, Margaret Fetters from the Solana Beach office. She did our tax return for 2025 and noticed we were entitled to an additional claim on our 2024 return done by a different agent. She has vast experience in international tax returns and was able to maximize our refund and amend our previous years tax. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts, and would definitely recommend her services.

I have never been so thoroughly disappointed in tax service. This place is extremely unprofessional and overly priced. I still havent received my return that was paid for and supposed to be mailed more than 2months ago. The only reason for the mailing requirement is it couldn't be filed electronically. Several calls and emails go unanswered for weeks and when someone finally does pick up the phone, the response is to literally go to another location and have them print it.
