I have never been so thoroughly disappointed in tax service. This place is extremely unprofessional and overly priced. I still havent received my return that was paid for and supposed to be mailed more than 2months ago. The only reason for the mailing requirement is it couldn't be filed electronically. Several calls and emails go unanswered for weeks and when someone finally does pick up the phone, the response is to literally go to another location and have them print it. My only regret is not using them sooner! Hellen at front desk was a delight ( helpful and kind ). Kelly Miller was the best advisor and preparer I have had the passed 35 years. She took good care of me, very knowledgeable and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this location.
