The professionalism from the start was par but as the appointment continued the advisor became very impatient and unprofessional.The advisor declined services offered by the company that I did not advise her to decline when asked about the services and why she declined them without my consent she stated she “figured I didn’t want additional services provided because it cost money”. I walked in and they helped me out right away. I appreciate the patience and perseverance my tax advisor demonstrated while preparing my documents. The best part is that my 2023 taxes are done.
