There is definitely a difference between getting denied because a system couldn’t identify you through an online application versus getting denied because of actual credit reasons. I am a long time H and R Block customer (maybe former after this experience) and every year I end up having to come into a location so they can process my Emerald loan. Today my expert Drina O’Neil did nothing to help me to fix and process my application. I even called the help line and they were going to walk her through resetting the application... read more
