The advisor had zero clue on what to do and only cared about selling the peace of mind offer. Would not recommend at all.
Very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Esma Fricot is very pleasant and explains and answers any questions that you may have clearly to your understanding.
I would not recommend. Horrible experience. Getchens prepared my taxes and was extremely rude, dismissive and unhelpful. He rolled his eyes repeatedly when asked questions, rushed through the process, refused to respond to my questions and said multiple times “I don’t have all day”. I will never use this location again or work with HR Block.
