I would not recommend. Horrible experience. Getchens prepared my taxes and was extremely rude, dismissive and unhelpful. He rolled his eyes repeatedly when asked questions, rushed through the process, refused to respond to my questions and said multiple times “I don’t have all day”. I will never use this location again or work with HR Block.
