Set appointment and the office was closed when we arrived. Called customer service and they confirmed the office should have be open. We went to another location and got ghosted by the team there after having an appointment and emailing back and forth with them for a few weeks. Save yourself a headache and go to another business.
Very unprofessional! I’ve been trying to get some tax advice, to which they committed to, and basically they keep ignoring phone calls and emails. They were very fast in responding until I paid the money and then they disappeared. Very disappointing!
Absolutely horrible experience. Tried to file my taxes early and wish I would have just done them myself. My appointment started 1.5 hours after the scheduled time. The person I was working with had no idea what they were doing and made errors. I complained and have spent hours on the phone with them trying to speak to someone and rectify the situation.
