PSA…. Went into a location here in Tn over a year ago to submit my past due taxes. Uploaded documents in the app at the location where I live at. The next day I get assigned someone on the app even tho I pay for the tax prep pro and wanted to see someone in person here in town. I got given Fernaz Khan who destroyed my taxes…. Worst experience of my life. Will never be back here for my taxes ever again. Unprofessional and unproductive is an understatement. After approving/paying for the service and my taxes I was harassed about approving documents and paying which I had already done. The managers only suggestions were actions on my end after all this work and already paying what I owed them.
