The worst service ever. Mistakes took 5 years to solve, and they were very rude and never take accountability for their mistakes. Furthermore, they haven’t yet responded concerning the “peace of mind” agreement to reimburse me the interest charges I had to pay as a consequence of their mistakes.
Awesome experience. I completely trust my Advisor. My returns were completed quickly and fully explained. I will definately return to this office next year.
PSA…. Went into a location here in Tn over a year ago to submit my past due taxes. Uploaded documents in the app at the location where I live at. The next day I get assigned someone on the app even tho I pay for the tax prep pro and wanted to see someone in person here in town. I got given Fernaz Khan who destroyed my taxes…. They sat with her for over a year never got my return back never a call not a letter or a email… I start getting other w-2s because I had worked throughout the year I never got my tax return back of cou... read more
